Our recommendation is to stick to 7%-10% of your body weight unless you strongly feel you want something heavier or lighter. The blanket is not recommended for anyone under the weight of 50 lbs, though we may consider another option for this in future.

Individual Use

48″x72″ for twin size bed.
  • 12lb blanket is for individual from 80lbs to 130lbs.
  • 15lb blanket is for individual from 130lbs to 180lbs.
  • 20lb blanket is for Individual above 180lbs.
60″x80″ for queen size or full size bed.
  • 15lb blanket is for individual from 120lbs to 180lbs,.
  • 20lb blanket is for individual from 180lbs to 240lbs.
  • 25lba blanket for individual above 240lbs.

Sharing Use:

Only 80″x87″ king size weighted blanket is big enough for couples sharing use, either on queen size or king size bed.

  • King size 20lb blanket is for couples both under 200lbs.
  • King size 25lb blanket is for couples either or both above 200lbs.
  • King Size 30lb blanket is for couples either or both above 250lbs.
  • Choose individual blanket if one person is more than 100lbs heavier than another.
